Celebrate the Magic of Christmas at the Christmas Fair!

The festive season will soon be upon us, and what better way to kick off the holiday celebrations than by joining us for a traditional Christmas Fair! This Slyne with Hest Parish Council event will take place on Sunday, 1 December 2024, at The Memorial Hall on Hanging Green Lane, Slyne.

Step into a winter wonderland filled with the sights, sounds, and scents of Christmas. Our fair promises a delightful afternoon out for the whole family, featuring:

Stalls: festive fun, face painting, Water or Wine, guess how many sweets in Santa’s sweetie jar
Delicious Treats: from mulled wine and mince pies to hot chocolate and cakes
Live Entertainment: Enjoy performances by the children from Infinity Pre School, Ladies of note and St Martins Karate School, spreading holiday cheer with classic Christmas carols and kicks. Danny Matthews Entertainments will be hosting the party!
Children’s Activities: Keep the little ones entertained with festive fun, games, and face painting.

Special Appearance by Santa Claus!
Santa will be making a special visit to our fair! To ensure every child gets a chance to meet him, advance booking is required. Don’t miss this magical opportunity to share your Christmas wishes with Santa and capture the moment with a photo. The grotto will be in the Scout Hut where there will be a snowy scene.

Important Information:

This is a cash-only event, so please come prepared.
Entry to the fair is free, but tickets for Santa’s Grotto must be booked in advance.
